The location of this hotel was great! Close to many shops and restaurants. The rooftop bar and pool area was perfect for New Year's Eve festivities and had an amazing view of the city. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and was constantly replenished throughout our stay.
The hotel rooms were outdated and in need of some renovation. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were very flat.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel provides easy access to all of downtown Rio de Janeiro attractions and shops. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with decent amenities such as a fridge and extractor fan. the breakfast buffet, although basic, offers a good selection of bread, fruit, and cheese.
The service needs improvement as reported by some guests who faced unprofessional, rude staff.

Convenient location close to main attractions, shops, and access routes. The breakfast, included in the fee, is basic but offers ham, cheese, fruits, and breadrolls. Cleanliness standards are satisfactory, and the staff is polite and attentive to guests' needs.
Nothing.

The two pools offered were nice, and the location was convenient to stores and restaurants. the hotel also had a bar that served drinks until late at night.
The rooms were in dire need of an update and had a damp smell. the staff was unorganized and did not seem very knowledgeable about the area.
